OUR MISSION
The LOOP Program recognizes that each child is an individual; that all children are creative; that all children need to succeed.
Therefore, the LOOP Program respects the individual needs of children, fosters a caring and creative environment, and emphasizes the social, emotional, physical and intellectual development of each child.
TOGETHER WE CAN KEEP THE YOUTH OFF THE STREET AND GIVE THEM AMBITION, HOPE, AND SKILLS FOR THE FUTURE.

Left Out Organization Program, L.O.O.P., Boyz and Girlz was founded by Doctor Anthony Burnett Sr., Harrisburg, PA in the year 2002. L.O.O.P. Boyz and Girlz is a non-profit organization program for the youth in the community.
Our goal is to keep the children and youth off the streets and give them a sense of drive, hope, and ambition.
L.O.O.P. Boyz and Girlz provides a variety of programs that will enhance the mind of your child and teach them stability, hard work, and teamwork that will prepare them for everyday life.
In the L.O.O.P. program children will meet others, sharing the same level of skills. Every child will be able to join.

In the upcoming year, there are also special events, promotions, including gathering ceremonies. We strongly encourage parents to get involved in their child/children’s lives.

Doctor Anthony Burnett Sr. is the Founder and CEO of the Left Out Organization Program (L.O.O.P.)Inc., providing educational and recreational programs, mentoring one-on-one and intervention and prevention.
In addition, Doctor Anthony is in collaboration with Harrisburg City Parks & Recreation geared toward the inner city community for the positive development of youth as well as adults.

Doctor Anthony is involved in many additional sports activities within the community. He can often be seen on the basketball court motivating youth, as well as in the pulpit preaching and proclaiming God’s Word.
As a licensed, Ordained Pastor, teacher, and friend to many in the community reaching far beyond the Harrisburg region, he is a community advocate for the poor and needy and mentor to youth and adults. He is a dynamic motivational speaker, basketball and flag football coach.

Kingdom Youth Ministry located in the William Howard Day Homes Community Room is where Pastor Anthony provides spiritual guidance and bible lessons to all every Sunday.
